I use it to recover my muscles after a grueling weights workout but it will work just fine for anyone that needs ice packs. I would recommend that people who buy this also buy reusable ice cubes in plastic molds as it is a little annoying to keep changing out ice cubes every now and then. Then again, that is not this product's problem though.
